Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. International orders are not available from speakyti.com yet. If you are outside the US, you can order the bath letters set from Amazon, which fulfills internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders. There is no minimum order amount, and you will see $0 shipping at checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday ship the next business day.

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days after we hand the package to the carrier. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is created.

During the weeks before Chanukah and other major Jewish holidays, processing can take one extra business day. We will email you if your order is delayed.

Damaged, lost or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged, does not arrive, or contains the wrong item, email yifat@speakyti.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged), and we will make it right. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
